The outcome is sure to be more impressive by blending several essential oils for example: 1 drop of Peppermint + 1 drop Oregano + 1 drop of Gaultheria, all diluted in a vegetable oil like sweet almond oil. With the blend, massage your temples and forehead in circular motion.
In case you are not comfortable with massage, you can diffuse lavender oil in a close room or breath one or two drops of it on a handkerchief. Both are good tricks.
